Meet Tanya, a seasoned business strategist with a decade of coaching expertise under her belt. As a certified coach through The International Coaching Federation and the Co-Active Training Institute, she stands as your dedicated guide to unlocking the full potential of your business.

Prior to establishing her own coaching business, Tanya made her mark as one of the top 5 Coaches at Buffini & Company. Beyond her coaching accolades, Tanya boasts a history of entrepreneurial ventures, including ownership of a flight school, a successful restaurant, and a thriving real estate company in Houston.

Presently, Tanya coaches Realtors, Lenders, Brokers, an attorney, a major Roofing Co. in Dallas, influential figures in the insurance industry, and executives in Fortune 500 Companies such as Wells Fargo.

Tanya loves being a grandmother of a 2-year old powerhouse and dividing her time between Oregon and California. Her 4 legged companion Charlie, enjoys the road trip between the two states!
